Happy Sunday! Have you ever heard of Daequon Antoine?

My guess is no, so allow me to introduce him to you! Daequon is a guard for the Raleigh Firebirds and has played for the team the past few seasons. He’s also the best shooter in the entire TBL.

No, that’s not just an avid Firebird Fan saying that.

Last year, during the 2023 TBL All-Star break, Daequon won the league’s three-point contest, giving him the title of best three-point shooter (he also got a really cool belt).

His stats back it up too.

Last year, Daequon averaged 20.1 points per game, while shooting 50.5% from the field and 42.6% from three on 7.5 attempts per game. That three-point shooting contest wasn’t a fluke; there’s a reason he got invited to the contest, and there’s a reason he won.
