Get Excited for Raleigh Firebirds Day!

Do the Firebirds ever stop doing stuff in the community? Of course not! On March 12th, the Firebirds are coming to Leesville Road Middle School for Raleigh Firebirds Day. Throughout the day, students will have the opportunity to engage with Firebirds players and coaches, both on and off the court. The day will include an on-court skills showcase for students, a panel discussion on careers in sports, and a talk on embracing and overcoming adversity.

This won’t be the only time we’re doing something like this either—we’ll be doing the same thing at Dillard Drive Middle School. Stay tuned for that announcement on Monday!

Tonight: Game Night at Rolesville High School!

Tonight is game night! Not for the Firebirds, but for everyone who decides to attend Rolesville High School’s game night. This night is designed to bring the local community together, celebrate Black History, and have a great time. If you can, show up and show out! It’s not too late to RSVP.

Fitness Tip of the Day:

If you haven’t already, create a sleep routine! Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day, including weekends; while this doesn’t seem that important on the surface, it’s essential for sleep quality and overall health.
