NCCU/Firebirds STEM Collaboration

We had a great meeting with Kaia E. Clarke, '11 MPA, Director of Development in the College of Health and Sciences (CHAS), as well as the Division of Institutional Advancement at North Carolina Central University, and Professor of Biology Eric Saliim. The partnership we are cultivating with them will provide amazing opportunities for engaging our young people and inspiring them to Dream Big. We look forward to this collaboration. More to come!

Firebirds/CISCO CBP!

The Raleigh Firebirds are excited to be a part of Cisco’s Connected Black Professionals BHM (Black History Month) events and activities! This year, their theme is “Labor of Love.” They are stepping outside of the corporate tech world and digging deeper into the surrounding RDU industries that are led by notable individuals who manage and run local companies. They intend to highlight our journeys to who we've become today and the impact we make, not only in our occupations but in our communities as well. This will be a fun yet encouraging experience for all, and we're elated to be invited to be a part of this amazing program.

That’s all for today! I’ll catch you on Monday. A reminder to use your personal referral link below to get cool Firebirds rewards!
