Firebirds on The Sports Shop Radio Show
If you’re reading this before 7:30 AM, the Firebirds are going on the radio! Once again, our team market owner Wade Harris will be on The Sports Shop Radio Show, talking about the Firebirds’ upcoming season. His guest for the show? Chris Washburn, the 3rd overall pick of the Golden State Warriors in the 1986 NBA Draft. Washburn is now a motivational speaker, and most importantly, he’s the father of our general manager, Chris Lightner. It’ll be a great listen, so make sure to tune in if you can! THE MEET AND GREET IS TOMORROW ‼️
Tomorrow is the Firebirds meet and greet! I’m really looking forward to seeing all of our Firebird fans, partners, personnel, and players at the event! It’ll be a great chance to further engross yourself in the Firebirds community and meet other people passionate about supporting the team.
