Firebirds Fitness Challenge Heating Up!

The Raleigh Firebirds Fitness Challenge is officially underway, and we couldn’t be more proud of the incredible progress our participants have made so far! 💪 From dedicated workouts to healthier eating habits, the energy and determination throughout the challenge have been nothing short of inspiring.

A big part of this success comes from the support of our trusted health partner, Pivot Physical Therapy⚡. Pivot has been instrumental in helping our challengers stay strong, recover effectively, and train the right way. Their team provides expert guidance on injury prevention, mobility, and rehabilitation, ensuring participants can safely maximize their results while building long-term healthy habits.

African American Cultural Festival

The African American Cultural Festival of Raleigh and Wake County was this past weekend, and we were so happy to be apart of it! ✨

We had a great time at the African American Cultural Festival in downtown Raleigh! What an experience, filled with great food, vendors and culture.
