A Sports Convention is Coming to Town

Plus: There's an All-Star in our midst

Happy Wednesday! There’s a lot to be excited about in Firebirds land, including a game tomorrow, a cool event, and one of our players getting honored. Let’s jump right in:

Our final four home games of the season…make sure you don’t miss them!

Game Tomorrow!

That’s right, the Firebirds are on the road again tomorrow! We’ll travel to Savannah to take on the Buccaneers in our last game before the league’s All-Star break. It’ll be a good game and offer us the exciting opportunity to earn our 10th win of the season.

The game tips off at 3 PM, so after work or school, make sure to tune in on TBLTV! After this game, our next game will be at home, on April 26th. If you don’t get to watch, I’ll recap the game for you in Friday’s edition.

Julian Gamble is Officially a TBL All-Star

A huge congratulations to our very own Julian Gamble! Julian was named one of the TBL’s 2025 All-Stars and will compete in the All-Star game this upcoming weekend in Frederick, Maryland.

We’re super excited for Julian! He’s been putting up monster numbers (as you can see above) and is a huge reason why we’re doing so well this season.

Save the Date!

Save the date for May 3rd! On that Saturday, the city of Wendell is hosting a North Carolina Sports Convention. It’s the first of its kind, where athletes, teams, fans, collectors, and everyone involved across local sports communities will be brought together for a day. The convention will offer interactive exhibits, athlete engagements, food trucks, gear, and a sports cards marketplace. There’s going to be so much to do, with fun for the whole family!

The Firebirds will be in attendance at this convention. We’d love to have some fans there—both to support the team and to explore all the other amazing sports, athletes, and teams in North Carolina! For more information, check out this link.

Make sure to stay tuned for Friday’s edition!

Until then,
